I am NOT happy with my experience here. I came and got my toes done here as a graduation present. They nicked my toes multiple times causing me to bleed on more than 2 of my toes. My biggest issue was the fact they improperly cut my nails to the point I had an ingrown nail so bad I had to go to the doctor to get it pulled out! if I could attach the picture I would. My doctor spent 10 minutes pulling out nail from my toe. My toe was so bad it had turned PURPLE and had green liquid spilling out, I had to get antibiotics and ointment to help heal. It hurt so bad to the point when I hit it on a cover it sent a painful shock up my leg. The Doctor told me he has had many people come in from this same salon with the same issues. this was my first and LAST time ever using this salon.

I’m commenting on behalf of my late grandma, Bama as everyone knew her. Or as Vincent knew her, Sandy. My grandma adored Vincent and his wife! My grandma stopped visiting once her nails got too weak from chemo. They were constantly breaking so she didn’t want to make Vincent work harder than usual haha! My grandma went to Vincent’s salon since his grand opening, at his very first location. I remember being a little girl and going when they were located by Target. This family is very kind and genuine. They treat you how anyone would want to be treated.I would personally like to thank Vincent and his wife for always being so kind to my bama, my bama always looked forward to her appointments with Vincent. Fun fact also! Vincent knew ahead of time what color my bama wanted and would always have it sitting ready for her appointment. With all this being said I wish you guys the best, considering my grandma nor I will ever step foot into this salon again. Thank you for always taking such great care of Bama and her Nina. There is absolutely not one bad technician at Elegance Nails!! I have to admit I've always been a "salon hopper." I received a gift certificate to EN and I will never go anywhere else! They are so professional, kind, and efficient. I have really appreciated their services!Services: Manicure

I was very disappointed by this salon. The appointment process was easy and they were on time taking me back but the service was sad. The "spa pedicure" was 15 mins total, from water fill to shoes back on. My manicure was the same and I was out the door. It was not the treat is was supposed to be and it certainly wasn't worth the expense.
