This company is horrible. I’ve Never seen a shipping company to where they vehicles have so many mechanical issues and they can’t deliver your items. I received a call yesterday that my item will be delivered and the Inbetween times. So I took off so that I can be here to receive it and then on today I got a call saying that they are having mechanical issues. After reviewing the reviews this has been an ongoing issue and it needs to be addressed. Many companies are going to be refunding their customers due to using this shipping company.

Estes broke a pallet worth of merchandise. Told me they had no clue where my shipment was. Told the company they broke it. Then marked the packaged as shipped, refused by receiver, disposed of on site. No you did not do that. I have cameras. Now it its taking longer for the shipper to reship since you marked i received it. 10/10 i do NOT recommend Estes.

They say their not responsible for damage to items they ship. They place blame on the stores they work with. But they are responsible when your house number is 505 clearly marked and they deliver your 250lb item to house 312 that’s also clearly marked. I’m assuming their drivers can’t read? My 100% disabled Veteran spouse and the neighbors are the ones that delivered our item properly to our house at 505 not 312.

We love Estes. As rare as it is, it is inevitable that sometimes we have had issues with pick-ups / deliveries. Each time, our account rep has responded as soon as he is notified and has done all that he could to resolve the issues. Don is great and never fails to provide us with the best service possible. Beyond that, the website is easy to navigate and provides accurate information.
