Original scheduled delivery date was Saturday, then several email messages said my packages were definitely being delivered today which was Monday. Waited all day again and they did not arrive. Tuesday'morning tracking now says packages are still moving but delivery statis is now unknown!

If I could give one star I would the drivers are lazy didn’t even attempt to get out the vehicle complained that the package was to heavy pulled off when he saw me outside never attempted to deliver again even though it says it online requested for it to be held a location four days ago still no updates just says it’s on vehicle for delivery?! This is my work computer I hate fed ex I wouldNot not recommend shut them down immediately!!!

Lousy drivers and customer service. I ordered an item and the driver delivered my package to the wrong address (don't your trucks have GPS or google maps). The incorrect recipient notified FedEx of the error, but the package was never retrieved from the incorrect address and delivered to me. After 4 days of broken promises, that the package was being redelivered and to no avail, I was told to file a missing package claim with the sender.

Today 9/15/22 my package was not delivered. The normal carrier brings it in the back gate. Substitute carriers tie the package to the front farm gate and the majority throw it over the gate on the ground regardless of weather. 191 abba road, fitzgerald, ga 31750

Package was to be delivered on 12/02/2021 never arrived! Then on 12/07/2021 I got the text that it was delivered on 12/02/2021. I called and they said it was a system error! FedEx has lost the package and won’t take responsibility

Dissatisfied, l had a package to be delivered to my address but was returned to the sender. I called for several days not only to learn the package was returned but FedEx stated the package had no address. Also, I went to the ground location and couldn't park in the handicapped parking area because it was blocked by an employee with a red Dodge Charger. This location has a gate where you call in through a speaker, it was hot standing there waiting for someone to answer to tell me the package was delivered to my home only to find out the package had been returned to the sender. Poor service from FedEx!

DISASTROUS “SERVICE”We are a business located in a rural area. We have a large sign at the street and our address is on the mailbox-Fedex has left our packages at several different residences (sometimes MILES away) but not at our office. To make things worse, you cannot speak to anyone at the local terminal to get this corrected-only their “customer service” line, which does no good. All they do is give you lies and false promises (too many to list).THIS COMPANY IS A DISASTER!If you have an option, choose UPS-friendly drivers who know their route and CARE about their customers. Never had an issue with their service.***FED UP WITH FEDEX***
