Waste money auto check was horrible paperwork horrible basically didn't give me a diagnostic just said leaking and need cylinder it's better going to good year

Have been in twice with an Avis Rental car. First time I waited over an hour for an oil change to have someone come in with an appointment and have to wait even longer. The managing partner was rude and not helpful when I asked about it. So I left and went to another location and received 5 star service.
Had an issue with a bolt in a tire and Avis again asked me to take it here for repair. Been here an hour and 45 minutes so far. They had to get a tire from the warehouse across town which took over 30 minutes and it’s been over 20 minutes waiting to get it put on since it arrived. Even had to ask the service guy why he was sitting in the vehicle in the parking lot for 5 minutes what he was doing.
The young lady helping me communicated very well but when she went to lunch the communication dropped totally.
A little communication goes a long way. I hate to say typical Albany service, but if the tire fits……

I called the day before to make an appointment and the gentleman that I talked to couldn’t find my name so he told me to just come in the next day that I didn’t need an appointment. So I went on line and set an appointment. He had no consideration for my time. I am my wife‘a caregiver.She is on oxygen and in a wheelchair. The next day the lady that checked me in had no problem with finding my name . Waste of time . They let my keys hang up for a while . I finally went and asked them and it had been completed for a while.

Owner deleted my original review about the horrendous service I received from them along with the mechanic breaking off parts of my vehicle & causing even more damage. Noticed y’all have a sign now that says “We meet or beat any prices” HAHA What a joke. This is one of the worst companies in town & some of the laziest mechanics/inside managers I’ve ever come across in a company that swears they’re the “best in town”.

Mr Johnathan Wallace was very helpful, patient and respectful.I genuinely appreciated him because it’s rare unfortunately to encounter someone who takes their job serious and treats the customer like they are a human being.I couldn’t remove my keys from my key rings I had all tangled together that I needed to leave with them and he offered to remove the keys for me. Believe me it was a little time consuming because I had too many on the ring.The store was very busy but he was calm and without showing any annoyance he, after several minutes was able to untangle those keys and did it with a smile.He made me feel like he appreciated my business and was a valued customer.Being a senior citizen, again it was very much appreciated he showed kindness in dealing with me.Hats off to his gentleman.

Went in for a alignment and tire rotation, truck still pulled hard right after leaving and tires was never rotated, 2 front tires had wear on outside of tire and back tires was wore evenly when I dropped it off, tires was still
In same spot when I picked it up, so
I mentioned it to the guy and he lied straight to my face and tells me the tires on the front was on the back. And the way my truck still pulled hard to the right after Leaving they probably didn’t even do a alignment…

I came in because my car’s ac is blowing cold air and then goes hot. Back and forth. I don’t know the African American male name that is there but had an attitude when I said $198 to recharge it and even if that isn’t the issue? I said it just needs to be tested first. He left to talk to the guy, David that took my car in to check and came back saying we’ll charge you $51. I said I just want to be sure before spending a lot of money and it don’t work. I know guys like to play women. He snapped saying I hear that all the time and I’ll just shut my mouth.Well they recharged it and did not test the lines and advised it will fix it. Nope. Did not fix the problem at all! They said to come in at 6-7 am to speak to David to get my refund. Ridiculous. Don’t come here.

I’ve never had an issue with this location until today. There’s one technician there specifically that needs to work on his customer service skills. Instead of being mad about doing your required job, and making smart comments about customers vehicles while they’re in your presence, choose a job that’s more suited for you. Thankfully, God held my tongue and spared your life because I could’ve chosen to be just as disrespectful as you.
