I had my most unpleasant car buying experience to date at 5 Star Nissan of Albany. I did leave with a vehicle but was greeted with a disrepectful and brash salesperson upon arrival. I left the premises but returned after speaking with his Manager. The situation was rectified with a new salesperson (S. Rollins) who was Awesome! His Customer Service and Professionalism was the only high point in my ordeal. The person who closed out my sale had a disturbing disposition as well. He behaved as if my business was an Inconvenience to himself and Nissan. I was shaking and nearly in tears before it was all over. I had my Own financing and needed nothing from the Dealership other than the vehicle. I purchased a used vehicle and it was neither Washed nor Detailed before being handed over to me. My Only excitement was the conversation I had with my salesperson (S. Rollins) and the vehicle itself. I asked if I could get a complimentary oil change along with my purchase and was told No. Although the vehicle was not expensive, had I known the level of Customer Service (or lack there of) would be commiserate with how much money was being spent... I would have chosen a different Dealership. I won't ever do business at that location in the future because I made my complaints known to management and they were indeed addressed but... at the lowest level of Concern to me and the Business I transacted there.

I had a very pleasurable experience at Five Star Nissan of Albany. I had a very knowledgeable salesperson, Mr. Jones. Everyone was so nice to me, they took the time to welcome me to the Nissan Family. That meant a lot to me. I am glad I made the decision to purchase my 2023 Nissan Rogue. Thanks for everything!!

Called and asked to speak to a salesman. We were looking for a new Pathfinder for me and they had some options I liked. I ended up being transferred to Bert. He said “yeah” instead of hello when he picked up. I had to ask him for his name. Most people at a business say “thank you for calling…my name is…” instead of “yeah”. He told us to come in but I let him know I live an hour and a half from Albany. I’d rather run our credit via phone first. He said that it had to be online instead. He said he would text me the information for the credit app and we haven’t heard from him since. That was three days ago. I bought a brand new Altima from them five years ago and they were great. We’ll definitely be taking our business elsewhere this time.

Had a very great time buying my first new car! Regular was such a patient sales man. He dealt with my stress and my dad’s attitude and held himself well. I highly recommend checking them out.

Missed my schedule AM appointment and forgot to reschedule. The dealership was accommodating and allowed me to come later than evening.I truly appreciate the courtesy inspection that comes with oil change. They helped uncover major Items them at needed immediate attention.Will continue to go there for my service.

Just want to say Steve was the man! Very informed and patient. Great customer service and if he didn’t know something he found out right there. Everything was done in a short amount of time and he’s very intellectual. Couldn’t be more grateful for his help!

I purchased a used Chevy Cruz from the dealership about nine months ago, the car has been drivable for about a week out of that time as is evident by the odometer. A couple days after leaving the lot the check engine light came on and the salesman told me they must've just reset it in the back, because apparently they hadn't looked at the car very well. I've had cooling issues the entire time I've owned the car, I've replaced every single thing cooling related, and now my mechanic tells me it's going to need the head gasket replaced as well. In total I'm gonna have $5000 sunk into this car, and basically never got to drive it for more than a day or two without it being in the shop. After leaving a Google review, the manager told me to contact him, I did several times with no response back. I basically have an overpriced lawn ornament sitting in my yard, this dealership sold me a headache that I wish I would've never gotten. Service, after the sale was definitely not a priority placed on purchases here, it's pretty sad because they give local businesses a bad name with mess like this

I wish I could give this place 0 stars! I have never been treated so badly in my life at a dealership! Service Advisors make unrealistic promises on timelines. They use excuses, "we are too understaffed" to reach out to customers with updates on their vehicles. Basically they are too busy to offer even medicore customer service. I requested to have my vehicle back after it sat for almost a week and no one looked at it. I was then talked down to becuase I wanted my vehicle back and was made to feel like I was being unreasonable. When I came to pick up my car, I tried to just keep my mouth shut. I asked to use a coupon that was on THEIR WEBSITE, and was told I could not as the tech was not aware of any coupons and if there were any, I was to present those when I dropped the car off. There is not a sign posted that states that nor was it in the fine print on the coupon when I was able to get myself together to find and read it. I just handed him my card because I was about to cry. He then proceeded to tell me in a condesending manner that he was sorry that I felt they didn't want to help me seeing as how my car was sputtering and I have kids and all. EXTREEMLY unprofessional. The fact that they have a bad day or bad resources is not the customer's fault. The Service Manager was supposed to call me as well, never did. He also didn't bother to come out and speak to me when I arrived. I could have been more rude but I was not! I was very direct and voiced my frustration. All I heard were excuses and no action which equal weak minded individuals. I will drive an hour to Tennison Nissan in the future. NOTE: I didn't expect my vehicle to be fixed in this timeframe. But for no one to even look at it at this point, terrible. Since I am respectful, I will not disclose any names of the staff. Next time, instead of saying it will be a few days (that is what I was initially told) say two weeks. That may be stretching it, but develop a new workflow. I promise it will make your jobs much more enjoyable and you will have happier customers. The only person who was very helpful was the girl who was up front as she was the ONLY person who would answer the phone. She went out of her way to go to the service department and speak to them for me.

Just bought a Nissan Titan, 5 year bumper to bumper warranty, lifetime power trane and 0%. Jeremy was awesome! We were so satisfied that my daughter ended up buying a new car there the next weekend.
