Thursday, I dropped off 2 comforters that had smoke damage and paid $15.00 each ($30.00). I came back Sunday and they STILL REEKED of the smoke smell. So tha attendant didn't bather to wash them but just put them in the dryer and folded them into the bag. When I called Momday, she said the manager would not be in till Friday????!!!!! I suggest not trusting them for washing/drying your clothes!!

They are putting down flooring. So when I went there was only six dryers available, but I know it won't be that way to much longer. Two issues and they're minor,locks don't work on restroom doors and when you get towels to dry your hands a full sheet doesn't come out. You have to keep getting towels and no trash ?️ can in the bathroom.

We just moved to Albany GA and yet another sign that these younger generation are the worst employee to have working in your business it is currently 9:22 pm this fluff and fold is not accepting washes because the staff wants to leave early oh btw the hours are from 7 to 11

Never had a bad experience here. The place is clean and well-managed. We've mostly used Fluff & Fold when our power was out after storms, so I associate it with light and order and comfort. ?

Yep, a very nice clean place to do your laundry!!! The best thing about it is the giant WIDE automatic front door opener!!! It has Tv's as well if you din't bring your smart phone to keep you entertained...

Laundry place on West side Albany, GA. Not really the newest machines but it does its job. Smallest washer is $2.75 per load, then $3.25 and $6.25. Largest one js $8.25/load which can accommodate probably 3 queen sized comforters. Dryers are $1.50/30min and $0.25 more for 7min.Best time to come here is in the morning, right when they open at 7AM on a weekday. I've seen this place get crowded once or twice on a weekend after lunch. Lots of parking spaces outside. They sell full size detergents so better bring your own if you can.

This establishment is pretty clean when it's not busy and full of people. The staff are a hit and miss because some are friendly and others are not. Overall, it's a decent laundromat if your washer is on the friztz, but there's nothing like your own of course.
