We used this service 12/16 to transfer my mom from Phoebe back to her home ! The two drivers that picked her up went above & beyond what we could’ve asked for ! They both were extremely thoughtful & made her feel comfortable ! If you ever need their service.. I highly recommend them !

Not punctual. Very costly for individuals who haveInsurance other than Medicaid. The prices should vary based upon distance to location. A flat rate is unacceptable.At the cost, should provide more comfort for patient.

Gold star will transport a patient to a location an leave them there unattended. God forbid the patient aspirates or falls.
