A bit dark inside. It was packed on a Saturday-99cent for yellow tag. Wasn’t many good yellow tags. Only 4 racks for males. Even though not many good items, I still found 3 items. It was a lot of people here shopping at 9:30a.m. The cashiers spoke on entry and moved the line pretty fast. They didn’t ask me for my phone number to enter rewards. They did ask me to buy a shopping bag tho-bags should be free. There wasn’t much in the furniture area.

Donated some furniture here the other day. They wouldn't even speak to me or acknowledge me really. I got out to help and ended up unloading the entire truck without hardly any help while they unloaded the people in line behind me. They seemed really put out that I was there to take up their time. Rude. Will donate to Habitat for Humanity in the future.

The Goodwill donation center on Dawson Street in Albany told me this morning that they were not allowed to help unload? Is this true? I had a very hard time unloading several hundred dollars worth of FREE STUFF to them and they couldn’t even smile or say hi. Habitat here I come.

This is about the worst Goodwill store ever! The staff are condescending and rude! The manager is too scared to do anything to correct these behaviors! The prices are over inflated! Imaging my surprise when I bought a storage box for $3.99. Removed the goodwill tag to see a $1 underneath from Dollar General. The clothing racks are a simple disaster! No rhyme or reason to sorting of sizes, even though sizing is clearly marked! You never see staff on the floor much less straightening up the racks, they are too busy gossiping behind the counter! I spend a great deal of money in goodwill and I will not be back to this store ever! Should management finally care, this store could be amazing!

I have mixed feelings about Goodwill thrift store. While I appreciate the helpfulness and friendliness of the staff on the floor and in the back room, I can't ignore the high prices on certain items, particularly dresses, clothing, and other goods. In some cases, the prices are even higher than if the items were brand new, which is quite disappointing for a thrift store. Additionally, my interactions with the cashiers have been less than satisfactory. On multiple occasions, I've encountered cashiers who seem unhappy and disinterested, with one cashier even being on her cell phone throughout the entire checkout process. It felt like I was inconveniencing her by being there. Overall, while Goodwill has its positives, such as helpful floor staff, the pricing and cashier experiences leave much to be desired.

Always a great experience, especially when I pay attention to the color of the day.
