I am from out of town and brought my family member to this establishment for services. Now I am not opposed to wearing mask for everyone's safety. But, I must say if wearing a mask to obtain services is what is required , I would think the person rendering services would wear the mask appropriately. Mask are to be worn covering the nose, not under the nose. Make it make sense!

I went about 3 weeks back and got orange French tip nails and it was 55 dollars. Went back today and got white French tip and they charged 70. I guess they come up with their own prices day by day. How could one time be 55 and one time be 70 that’s a big price jump.

Poor customer service skills. Does not know how to truly coordinate and satisfy customers. Seems more money driven than what's best for customer. Will tell lies just to get you to spend your money. No respect for other people's time. Don't spend your money here.

I went there to pamper myself for my birthday recently. I got my nails feet lashes and brows done. I spent $205.00 dollars there all at one time. Plus a $20.00 tip.The very next day. The chrome nails started peeling off. I went to a family gathering I hope put up balloons and tablecloths, they were peeling from that. I don't think so!!!. The lady had a nasty attitude with me about the whole thing. Not only were my nails poorly done. My lashes were falling out two days later while I was at work not to mention that the tint for my brows was half off my brow the very next morning that I woke up. My pedi was the only thing that turned out decent. You would think for the amount that was spent that the lady in the first booth would have did better to fix the issue. She wanted to repair those peeling chrome nails. Well, she started to do them . I wasn't happy with her attitude. I wanted them redone with a color are something else.She had the nerve to bodly tell me that I had to pay for it. I picked up my cell and called my usual nail tech as she was attempting to remove some of the same stuff that was already peeling off. She was upset at me and refused to finish taking that mess they'd done and wouldn't finish taking it off. I have never experienced such an ungrateful business.She would rather lose a good paying client because of one of her techs messy job.
I took my business elsewhere. Don't go there, the reviews are true. I should have took in consideration of the other reviews. I spent a lot of money there to have gotten such a negative outcome. DON'T GO THERE !!!.I give them a zero!!!@

If I could give no stars I would. The customer service is ridiculous. The women have attitudes. The lady was being so rough with my hands. I told you she was hurting me, she got mad. She messed up my nails on purpose and told me I can leave . She seen my nail was broken before I even left and still wouldn’t fix it after they charged my charged over $130. They are a complete scam. I DO NOT RECOMMEND COMING TO HAPPY NAILS TO GET ANY TYPE OF SERVICE

Horrible place to go. Wasted my time. Being called the best nail shop in Albany is wrong. If they don’t even have colors or common services, why are you called a nail shop. If you are thinking about having them do your nails, I wouldn’t allow it. They don’t care, talking loud and are lazy. We can't do this nor that. No talent or creativity. They were rude and the one nail they did they messed up that one. Then said they could not finish my nail set because they didn’t have a certain color. That’s messed up. Many blessings to your business to improve. I did my part and bought the mask that's not even required by the state of Georgia. Your shop wants a mask to be worn while getting services done. Charging $1 for a mask is robbery. 1 box of 50 masks is $17. I’ve had a bad morning and wanted to get my nails done and saw this review stating that your shop was the best one in town. This is a big NO. Thank you for making sure I do not spend any money in your business.
