Ups dropped my stuff off at 1004 am and the staff said its not at the store 92 degrees and i cant use my ac till i have my parts dont ever order online

My wife and I had a bad experience with Lowe’s and the manager, Robert, and immediately went to this Home Depot to see if we had better luck. Not only did we have better luck but we were greeted by an employee named Mr. William in hardware. He was kind, helpful, and overall a joy to talk to. He’s everything customer service should be and even spoke highly of his management and co workers. By the way, we weren’t even in hardware. He just happened to see us and asked if there was anything he could help with. I apologize for the long review but this kind of interaction is rare these days and I felt it deserved to be mentioned. My wife and I were loyal to Lowe’s until this and will exclusively shop at Home Depot now. So if you’re in this Home Depot, look out for Mr William in hardware and give him a shoutout. Thank you for being so great to us.

Bad management, spend your money at Lowe's. Trying to return a vent that cost 11.97, and the assistance manager wanted to give me 3.56. When he pulled the price from the card used for payment knowing what I had pay.
