“My wife and I had a bad experience with Lowe’s and the manager, Robert, and immediately went to this Home Depot to see if we had better luck. Not only did we have better luck but we were greeted by an employee named Mr. William in hardware. He was kind, helpful, and overall a joy to talk to. He’s everything customer service should be and even spoke highly of his management and co workers. By the way, we weren’t even in hardware. He just happened to see us and asked if there was anything he could help with. I apologize for the long review but this kind of interaction is rare these days and I felt it deserved to be mentioned. My wife and I were loyal to Lowe’s until this and will exclusively shop at Home Depot now. So if you’re in this Home Depot, look out for Mr William in hardware and give him a shoutout. Thank you for being so great to us.”
“I visited TSC in Albany GA and purchased some dog food, bird food, and a few misc items. I was checked out at the register by Kiara. I just want to let you know it was a pleasure being waited on by Kiara.
She did not just ring us up and process my payment. She talked with us politely and was
genuinely happy to wait on us.
It was refreshing to be waited on at a business by someone that wasn't just going through the motions of ringing up a sale.

“I bought my cabinets from here and I absolutely love them! The staff was helpful and polite. Summer helped design the new kitchen and she reworked it until it was what I wanted. Robin was outstanding! She worked on getting additional items I needed and return a few things I didn’t need! Would definitely recommend!!!!”
