Customer service and the service period Top tier. My wife’s phone screen was replaced by a different place and they messed up her phone BAD (had brackets missing,didn’t take the plastic off the new screen ,had screws missing ??‍♀️) and her screen stopped working completely.After much research I found DAVPro Wireless from the great reviews they received and the reviews didn’t let me down at all. From the time we got there until the time we left we felt welcomed and informed.He let us know why the phone wasn’t working as he was repairing it and everything.He will definitely be the ONLY company in Albany to touch our phones.”

“I lost my android phone ? and visited the store. I purchased a new phone with Fingerhut but no SIM card ? was included. I was able to add my Wi-Fi password and credentials, thus ; resulting in me having access to the Internet. But I don't have a dial tone. That's why I visited the AT and T store in person. They installed a new SIM card free of charge and activate the phone ? with the same phone number. I inquired about the new IPHONE 16 Max Pro and got approved for financing after they did a credit check. I just had to pay for the sales tax which cannot be financed. I don't remember the exact cost of the IPHONE 16 Max Pro because of it being financed, sorry ?. But I'm going to give this a 4 Star because I can't access my iCloud account and I have to go back to the store ? for that. I know that I'm using the correct password ? because I have it written down. But I can't access iCloud on my computer ?️ either. Don't know what the problem is with iCloud so I have to use my Android phone to listen to music ? and have a music playlist. Basically, I would recommend iPhone 16 Max Pro as a hobby and not mandatory. I have a camcorder for ?️ ? but a cellphone ? is good for last minute video ?. Hopefully this helps ?.”

My experience with has been good. I was considering moving to T- Mobile. That is until I walked your store in albany ga. Although there was a long line Mrs. Williams, Brittany treated every customer like a person and not a number. She ensured that she had an overall understanding of each person's visit and made recommendations on how to each person's needs before meeting a team member. Some customers came in with less than great attitudes. However, her leadership and professionalism help to brighten the customers day. I had pleasure of meeting with Mr. Thalia Hudson, his knowledge and understanding of the Information Technology put him in positions to help more than few customers at the same time, meanwhile still maintaining a high level of professionalism. I am an IT graduate, I was amazed at the knowledge he possessed both on Verizon products and helping fellow employees better understand how IT products work outside the store. This has been a grand experience...”
