JCP is not the JCP of old but I assume that’s all stores in the mall now. It was hard to find someone to check out but they did have some nice clothing options. Staff was friendly

SHOUTOUT to miss Sophelia she is Amazing took her time to make sure I found everything I needed for my special event and not only did she have patience with me but she happy took care of me with a smile on her face the entire time. Very welcoming she is keeping this store alive and customers coming in SHE DESERVES A RAISE FOR GOING ABOVE AND BEYOND. DONT loose her JCPenny ! I lost my receipt because I’m under construction/remodeling I just found them and tried to do the survey but the access code expired.

If I could give 0 stars I would.. I made an online appointment for today. I get to the store before the salon opened. A manager asked to to sit and wait and when the employee showed up she never acknowledged me and I finally went into store to let her know what I needed and she told me that she couldn't do what I wanted and told me I would have to come back tomorrow after driving 45 minutes. I will never go here again.

I stood in the checkout line today while they took 4 people in front of me. One or two, okay...but 4!!! I finally just put my things I was going to buy on the counter and walked out...I won't ever be back in that store.
