Overall very poor customer service and professionalism. I checked in …. And due to my concern, we went to another site and completed the test and had my child at school before I got the notification that we could be seen at labcorp
Positives: Located conveniently within Walgreen
Negative: unprepared staff, messy and uninviting checkin area
Unfortunately this type of labcorp setup in Albany will not make it. The staff was unmotivated and simply checking the boxes at work. It’s very apparent leadership and ownership is disconnected from the delivery of care …. This place should be closed

Good experience, blood draw didn't hurt at all. There needs to be a way to tell your spot in line, bc you're just waiting there with zero time estimate.

The technicians were cordial and I have no problems with them, but I do have a problem with the fact that nothing is private in the room. They ask for personal info while other patients are being taken care of and there are no curtains pulled to allow for any privacy even when you're asked to partially undress for drug test. I shouldn't have to undress or give my SS # while another patient is in the room. Do not like this and wish they would respect others privacy.

Tried calling Labcorp however, if no one picks up you'll get stuck in a loop of pressing 9 and being prompted to do so over and over. Once I realized I wasn't going to get through I asked the Walgreens employees if I could speak to a Labcorp rep. Fortunately Walgreens answered however, I was told no one from Labcorp would answer my question. Overall, the phone system is awful and I would not recommend calling. Just go in person.

I've been going to this labcorp for a few months now. The first time wasn't that great. I guess because it was my initial visit, a lot of questions and confusions about my lab orders and insurance information. . After that, it's been good. My last visit was chaotic because their system was down or something. But with Connie Spencer and Stephanie Davis working together, it was a happy day. Stephanie always has that infectious smile that brightens the room and always ready to help out. Connie was very patient with me. She listened and was able to fix the problems. Team work!

I don’t recommended having lab work here. First, this is supposed to be a convenient option, and they are extremely slow. I had to go on three separate occasions because of the wait time and no one answers the phone for appointments to be made. Only one kiosk works when checking in and it takes so long because you have to keep scanning your ID and insurance card for it to retain. The person assisting me in the back still could not see it and had to scan it again, another inefficiency. The prick was simple enough. Two weeks later, however, I paid a bill that I was told was the balance “after” my insurance, which was not true. So, on top of everything else, I also had the inconvenience of submitting a claim to my insurer for reimbursement myself. Save yourself the headaches.

Horrendously long wait. 11 people waiting and three chairs. This business is simply renting space from Walgreens, no affiliation at all.They really need a standalone location

I had a positive experience here . The technician was very friendly and she was able to insert the needle the first time and it did not leave a bruise. She did a great job!

First experience the lady stuck me 6 times. Twice because she used the wrong tube. Ummmm what? I felt like a pincushion. Second experience (currently) I'm supposed to have a draw every hour on the hour. Needless to say, by the time they got the 3rd draw it was time for the fourth. Freaking ridiculous! I hate this place.

I do not like this LabCorp I was there before 8am to have my Gestational test done and I was waiting and then was told at 9am that I had to be there at 8am to take my test. I had been waiting all that time for them to come out and tell me to just come at 8am on Monday with no explanation and then I was talking to here like you know that I've been here and she said we'll our system does not recognize what you are here for and she closed the door on me.....this really ticked me off..... I hope she is not the one to do my test when I have to go back because they will have to get someone else for me because now I feel like she will mess up my test

Husband was sent there for blood tests on 9/20. Goes to the doctor for results this morning and the doctor tells him Labcorp lost the results! How do you LOSE RESULTS? You gonna lose some money if you don't find them! ?
