Good shopping experience. I was in and out with no problem. The one thing I do not like is when you are paying cash. The machine is not as easy as most machines when paying cash. They need a simpler machine.

Took me 11 months of a 12 month factory warranty to get a replacement dryer. Poor customer service Will never buy another appliance from Lowe's.
