Good shopping experience. I was in and out with no problem. The one thing I do not like is when you are paying cash. The machine is not as easy as most machines when paying cash. They need a simpler machine.

Waited from 7:38 pm for my order pickup till closing, left the store without my order because I had my kids waiting in the car the entire time, I even called the store and was told someone would be out shortly, never received my order and I only had 2 small items.

Usually has what I need. changed to 1 star i bought a drill that someone obviously switched out previously. Never left property no refund or exchange. The drill is still in there possession. I don't know if I have ever felt the way I do now. I feel like they treated me as a thief. about to walk into home depot I guess used to go to both 2 to 3 times a week. if home depot ain't got it I'll order it elsewhere. My favorite store in the world just ruined a wonderful relationship.
Day 2 manager resolved the issue immediately. I'm happy again 3 stars until

We have now twice attempted to purchase home appliances and have them delivered ftom Albany, Georgia Lowes. NEVER AGAIN. Nobody answers the phone when you call, listless stares from employees when you ask relevant questions and quite honestly horrible customer service. The Albany, Georgia Lowes, are you listening? Home Depot's customer service makes yours look ridiculous!

Can't get help inside. Pretty good selection of products. Looks like Sears with all the Craftsman tools and lawn & garden equipment. Don't know if that's good.
