Absolutely love living at Marsh Landing!
My apartment is quiet, spacious, and comfortable, and I appreciate the little touches, well-kept landscaping, easy parking, and quick responses whenever I have a question. Property Manager Jessica is kind and professional, and resolves any maintenance request swiftly. The community is always clean and well maintained. If you’re looking for a great place to live in Albany, this is it.

I have lived at Marshlanding 9 years. It is a beautifully well landscaped property. The pool has always been one of my most favorite places to relax with it's rock waterfall. The sunsets are amazing with the beautiful water views. There is an abundance of wildlife to enjoy watching. I have counted up to 22 turtle's sunbathing at our pond. Its amazaning to see the many different array of bird's, Eagle's, egrets, woodpeckers, blue birds, red birds and blue jays. And yes its true we have an alligator she had a baby this year. So nice to not be looking out to a parking lot. Our property manager Jessica is really helpful and professional anytime I have had a maintenance call she personally would follow up to see if everything was completed to my satisfaction. You can tell she really cares about our community. Marshlanding is an absolutely awesome place to live. I give it a 5 star rating.

Living at Marsh Landing has been nothing short of amazing! From the very beginning, the property manager went above and beyond to make my move from out of state smooth and stress-free. She was incredibly accommodating, offered helpful local recommendations, and made me feel right at home before I even arrived.
Any time something needs fixing, the maintenance team is quick and efficient—it gives me so much peace of mind knowing things are handled promptly. On top of that, the grounds are absolutely beautiful. The views are stunning, and every time I come home, it truly feels like a little piece of heaven.
I couldn’t be happier with my experience here. Marsh Landing is not just an apartment—it’s a place I love calling home.

I love Marsh Landing Apartments and highly recommend living here. They are a convenient location to both Leesburg and Albany, just 7 minutes to Phoebe Putney. It is a beautiful area with palm trees and water views to come home to. This complex is quiet, clean, and has one of the best views in the area! I love the super large living room window over looking the river. I lived here in 2013 and recently moved back in 2024. I have several friends in the complex as well. Jessica, the property manager, has gone above and beyond to help me & my family settle in, even reaching out after hours to help answer questions. She has been so sweet and kind to us and really cares about the people here. I have never had such a wonderful experience with a property manager before. She is a big part of what makes this place great. My favorite amenity is the pool- which is never crowded and has the most gorgeous view! The dock, gym, dog park and community room are well kept and are additional perks here. Any time I have a maintenance issue, I easily post it online and it is completed within 3 days, if not that same day. They are really on top of things here and we have really loved this complex. I highly recommend Marsh Landing.

My stay at Marsh Landing was great. It has a creek, the grounds are kept clean, the manager works with you, and the other tenants for the most part are friendly. The part I like the most though is the quiet. Anyway, it is a good place for those who are looking not just for a place to reside in but to live in.

I lived at Marsh for 4 years and it’s only gotten better with management. Never had any problems with neighbors and maintenance requests were always responded to quickly. It’s a great place to live in a great location. Going to miss it!

This is a great place to live. The apartments are spacious. The location is convenient to everything. I love the water views. Jessica and her team are friendly and helpful. All maintenance requests are responded to expeditiously. I would highly recommend.

I very much enjoyed my time at Marsh Landing! It’s an incredibly beautiful place to live, well maintained, and very peaceful. The staff and especially the property manager, were very helpful and always responded quickly to any maintenance request or general questions.

Enjoyed my stay at Marsh Landing. Jessica, the leasing agent, is so helpful! The maintenance team was also very responsive. Never had any issues that couldn't be fixed immediately during my 19 month stay. Best in Albany, GA!

I've been at Marsh for almost two years. It's quiet and right on the river. I've enjoyed the views on my balcony especially. Never had an issue with maintenance or management. Excellent property.

Beware ALLIGATORs 🐊 behind property in the lake. But great place to live in general. Beautiful quite neighborhood.
