The customer service experience was extremely disappointing. Initially, the manager at the location provided me with a tablet, claiming it was free, only to later charge my account for it without my consent. Despite my concerns, I returned the tablet the following day, but to my dismay, the charges still appeared on my bill. Upon contacting customer service, I received conflicting responses: one representative assured me the charges would be removed, while another stated they couldn't do so. It's frustrating to encounter such inconsistencies. If this issue persists, I may consider switching companies, as quality customer service seems increasingly rare nowadays.

I was having problems with my phone. I couldn't make calls nor receive text messages. The customer service was wonderful! She kept me informed about what was going on with my phone service. Wonderful company!!

I love metro took my mom on the south slappey location two weeks ago and she loves it. The employee who's name is tacara thankfully she wrote it on the slip had great customer service she made sure my mom got what she wanted at a cheaper price inspite of all the questions she took her time but handled us and other customers at one time her multi-tasking skills are excellent.
