I rented a climate controlled unit for 5 years. I had to move all my stuff from one building to another due to AC failures only to be disappointed by the owner's definition of climate control. If 87° is ok for your stuff the rate is not bad. Every time I complained about the temperature I got a different excuse or promise it would be reported but nothing was ever done. I'm out and won't be back!

This used to be a decent storage facility, but it is NO LONGER SAFE. My storage rental was broken into and management didn’t inform me and showed no concern about my stolen items. If you value your property go somewhere else.

The prices are fair as well as the customer service. You won't find a reasonable price for a unit anywhere in Albany, GA.

They are very friendly and kind willing to help you in anyway I got sick while storing my thing and they really help me and made sure I was ok until my daughter got there and I thank God for the lady caring heart thanks a lots❤️

People are actually living inside of these storage units. Not safe and unacceptable!! So much traffic is coming in and out of the gate to the point where the gate is torn up now noone stuff is property secured.
