I have good experience here. But, this last time…The pedicure was done by the African American girl in the shop….And it is God Awful. I have uneven strokes, bumpy lumpy and all of my toes have polish on my skin - Amateur job! .

To begin with...I paid $90 for a very disappointing experience. I was never asked about the kind of tips or style I wanted for my nails, and the nail tech barely communicated with me throughout the process. I felt rushed, even though I arrived early in the morning when the shop first opened.
I came in with no nails and expected a fresh set, trusting the salon to do the work properly. Instead, the nail tech proceeded to apply tips without confirming the type or length I wanted.
The whole process took 3 hours for what I ended up with, and I don’t feel the results were worth the price. The nails are short with a bulky, square shape, no uniform size or shape, and the tech didn’t ask for any input on my preferences. She struggled to meet my request for pink ombre colors.
What’s more, she cut me several times on different fingers while shaping my nails, and didn’t ask for clarification before continuing. I felt like my time wasn’t respected at all, and the experience left me frustrated and full of anxiety when the experience is supposed to be a stress reliever.. The tech had to leave right after finishing, and I was left feeling like I was overcharged for work that didn’t meet my expectations.
I would not recommend this service. Reasons being... the price, talent, professionalism, skills, and especially the lack of communication, attention to detail, and respect for my time.
Many blessings, but this was not a good experience.

Really nice & affordable!! i loved my nails, the owner Melissa was very patient with me, she even waxed my brows they are so respectful and really will make you feel at home, i loved my experience at nail affair and can’t wait to go back!

I am very disappointed I paid $50 for this and it is lumpy I could tell the young lady needed more training I’m just very dissatisfied I just got them done Saturday

I deviated from my original shop due to me being pressed for time. My nails are bulky with acrylic. She filled in my nails and then went back over them again with more acrylic. I was coaching her wayyyy too much to be a nail tech. My gel pedicures have never chipped but after leaving this place more than one chipped sooner than they should have. I will not return to Nail Affair.

Really should fix your store hours on Google. A lady told me who did her nails from this place so I drove out my way on a Monday just for it to be closed. ??♀️

This place is horrible. Do not waste your money on unprofessional women who don’t do a good job on your nails. I was there for 3 and half hours just to get a Pedicure and acrylic french nails and it was $110 absolutely not. She filed my nails down so much it is sore and bleed. They are not respectful and only the owner can do nails. New employees needed asap. I could went to a way more professional, experienced, and quality salon for the half the price.Services: Pedicures
