This place is horrible and Terrible customer service. I made an appointment for my pedicure and gel manicure and when I got there, the older gentleman was very grumpy and rude I asked for gel polish removal first ( from previous) and he just started cutting My nails very short and he bruised my nail on my pinky then He soaked my fingers and nails in acetone for 45 minutes, then he started working on someone else’s pedicure!seemed like he really didn’t know what he was doing ! I was very upset and disappointed and removed all the foil out of my fingers and walked away from the store and I have never ever done that in my life !! I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone if you want to save your money or get a good service. Go to other nails salon

I have been going for awhile and never had issues until I asked to have my acrylic removed. They do not soak off. They basically pry it off your real nails. It was very painful. Now my nails are very damaged and I had to cut many of them down to the skin because of the damage. I liked everyone but I will go somewhere that removes it properly from now on.

I just had the most phenomenal pedicure at the salon! The service was exceptional, and the attention to detail was truly impressive. I can’t recommend this place enough to everyone in Albany for a pedicure. Treat yourself and support this fantastic business 💅

I never had a walk out of a nail salon before. I asked for French tips and they said they can’t do it. They only make them look blocky with the white going straight across. Looks like I dipped my fingers in paint. I had them take it off and I went somewhere else. Plus they said they open at nine online. They didn’t open till 10 so I waited an hour before going in there. I adjusted the hours on Google myself.

In your review, you stated “I had brought my own polish for my toes, forgot it at the shop and when I returned to get it about 15 min later, the nail tech had put it on the shelf as if it were their color, stating they had planned to just keep it.”
Please refresh your recollection by reviewing this video I have posted. In the video footage of the salon, you can see that you came back and told the employee “hi, I left my polish color..” The employee asked "nail polish?", and you replied "yeah." She immediately went to get your bottle. She did not say anything else. Your bottle was not put back on the salon shelf; it was placed in a basket to return to you. You can be heard saying “thank you” and seen leaving the salon with your polish. We empathize that people are busy and we do not remember every single event that occurs in a day. So to be fair to both customers and the employee, we reviewed this footage in order to determine what actually happened. We are more than happy to provide more video footage to assist you with more accurate recollections of your interactions with the salon.

Was in town visiting family and decided to get our nails done. It was myself, mother, and aunt. I received a fill on an acrylic set. The application was rushed and poorly done. When I brought it to the nail tech’s attention she told me she knew what she was doing and was rather rude. My nails are lifting after only 3 days. After leaving, my mother realized they did not fully paint her toe nails during her pedicure. They partially painted her toes and completely skipped her pinkie toe. I cancelled getting my pedicure because I was extremely displeased with the services. I had brought my own polish for my toes, forgot it at the shop and when I returned to get it about 15 min later, the nail tech had put it on the shelf as if it were their color, stating they had planned to just keep it. Also, they have regular polish but told my mother and aunt that they had to get gel polish and pay the up charge because they don’t use the regular polish, but they polished another lady in the shop with regular polish. The services were rushed, poorly done, poor quality and in my opinion - a complete waste of time and money. I have never had my nails lift within 3 days. I would not recommend this location and I will never return.
