Terrific customer service. Were very patient and went that extra mile to listen to my needs and worked with me to get the appropriate tools, bolts for the job. Recommend them 100% and will use them in the future. Great staff. Very professional and helpful.

Thanks for screening my calls just now. I was only trying to figure out why the original plan for purchasing a battery fell through. Before that every single time I called you guys answered. I guess y’all have caller id. Or will use the excuse that there were too many customers in the store. However y’all call it, I know the truth, and in all of the years that I’ve been coming and the Thousands of dollars I’ve spent, I’ve never received this kind of treatment. Thanks for nothing. And oh, by the way, advanced auto was more than willing to honor the same deal that yall offered me. So I guess it’s time to move on.

Awhile back I sent my wife by to get her battery tested. She said the associate growled and grunted at her and she seemed to be a bother to him. He didn't even say hello or bother to offer her a new battery. Worst customer service we've had in a looong while. She called me and told me about it immediately, so I had to go meet her and I took the vehicle to another O'Reilly Auto Parts in another town to get a battery. I called the store to tell them about her experience and another associate answered, who was apologetic, which I appreciated. But, this associates stinkin' attitude didn't get our service and they lost an opportunity to change our battery or any future option of serving us. Treat my wife wrong and you won't get my business later. Period! Won't return here. Will go out of my way to go somewhere else if I need to pass by here again.

Very short very non helpful won't help with large items . Napa costs more but will help get things to your vehicle
