Rosa does such a great job caring for my girls. I only go here for my girls nails trimming and only Rosa cause my girls trust her ti do a great job every time.

The absolute worst grooming experience I’ve ever had. I did not recognize my dog when picked him up.He was nearly shaved he is a mini bernadoodle. I could have shaved him and saved $100.00. I hate rats, I would not take a rat to be groomed here

I love this place so much! They really care about the animals and the customers! I would recommend Petsmart to anyone (even if they don’t have pets). They really bring life and joy to Albany with all the cute cats and events!

The groomers were AWESOME!!! Syndie(who greeted us and took care of us) was so kind and made me feel super comfortable leaving our little dog here.
