“What a great experience today. Had a few issues checking out(my fault), but Valerie was so helpful, patient, and kind. This is truly great customer service. I will never forget today and look forward in continuing to shop here.”
“I ran out of Lantus Insulin, missing half a dose last night. I threw out the box when I texted the refill in on Friday. I'm out of refills, and U-Save-It Northwest is nice enough to reach out to the doctor for me. So now it's Monday, I'm out of Insulin, my phone is shut off for non payment, and I can't call. Tuesday I have no insulin, get the phone turned back on at 3:30pm. Call the pharmacy, and they stop delivering at 3. I have no vehicle. Sounds like a me problem, right??? I-Save-It says not a problem, and gets the insulin filled, and sends their driver back out an hour after he's done with his deliveries. You can't make this stuff up. There ARE still good people in this world!!!”
“I couldn't have better things to say about a pharmacy or a business in general. I have been with this pharmacy over a year now and have always received excellent care and top notch service for my husband and I. Everyone I have ever dealt with is courteous and friendly, our prescriptions are filled and usually delivered to our home the same day with absolutely no problems. I really like the hometown feel of the place as well, you actually feel like a person when dealing with them and not just a number in a computer. “Always have had a pleasant experience here. Bought 2 very nice televisions from here at a cheaper price. And now they have an app that you can pay without having to wait in line. F****** awesome! I have to purchase toilet paper from here because of the great deal that I can get on 75 rolls since I go through toilet paper like Bill Clinton went through interns. Except I don't leave stains behind because I have enough p*** tissue to finish the job. Not sure about their tire center that everyone complains about because I'd never buy tires from Sam's or Walmart. I'd rather go to an actual business that specializes in quality tires. It's like the d*** shits who goes to Long John Silvers for seafood, then complains that they pooped their small intestines out of their mouth for 2 days. Holy f**** I like Sams Club a lot. Great gas prices.”
“Wonderful place to shop but can get a little crowded after 4-5pm. They don't have as much as the larger Walmart on Ledo Road, but that can be a good thing when you're in a hurry to get in and out faster.”

“I had complained about the pharmacy at this location a few weeks back but it turns out the reason the no one was answering the phones was because there was a power outage in the area. I have no complaints at this point. The associates are very helpful and patient over the phone and in person. They are pretty fast, too!”

“Y'all snapped on that chicken wrap. I just want to say 10/10 on the chicken wrap. It was recommended to me to try the chicken wrap. I got the grilled chicken wrap first. It was delicious. I went back 2 hours later to grab my medicine, and decided to get the crispy chicken wrap, oh man! It was even better the second time around. Shout out to staff in the Deli, I appreciate you all.”

“I always love shopping at this particular CVS. My dad is in an assisted living center nearby and I go here to get supplies for him. They always gave what he needs in stock. The staff greats me, asks if I need any help, and the checkout is fast and easy. I live in the ATL area and this CVS in Albany is hands down so much better than those I shop at in ATL.”

Times are more accurate if utilizing the pharmacy if they are falling behind they let the customers aware of that and apologize. Employees always friendly .The only thing that may lack sometimes is keeping some items in the location but if I can get an A plus in every area … I WILL WAIT..”
