Easy and fast to rent online. The manager was very helpful with timely and useful communication. The buildings and grounds were always clean and tidy. I would not hesitate to use Storage Sense again.

They did a rate increase, so now I pay almost double what I was originally paying. Storage Sense claims this is because the cost of everything is going up. What cost? The building has already been constructed. The units don't have power.
Update..I just got off the phone with customer service. Sandra was very rude and lacked ANY customer service skills. This place is a joke. I also noticed on the website that they're giving away a free month rent for new customers but they send us letters saying there's a rate increase. Quit giving away stuff for free and making your existing customers pay for it.

The staff was extremely helpful. The whole process was easy and painless. I love the idea the area is gated with an access code. I would highly recommend Storage Sense to anyone.

**Update** We have 2 units with Storage Sense and have had these units almost a year now. Rent is due on the 1st, apparently locks go on on the 5th if not paid.... The QR code doesn't work, the website is down... The only way to pay is via phone which takes 48hrs to process. With this being an unmanned place, one would think paying your bill would be seamless. One would also think that since there is a gate code to access unit, putting a lock on the unit 5 days past due is a bit extreme.
My bill is paid, I only owed the current month but I can not get to my unit...
It is POURING and all of my things are soaked.
Needless to say I am not happy.

Hello, I needed a storage last minute after one storage company had given my storage away before I could make it to office. It was really convenient how I could just go online and do everything myself. I will forever use this as a first option for storage use from now on.
