Well, I'll have to do an update on this later on. We just dropped off for 2014 Ford Explorer to get some recalls done, and some work. They will keep the car probably at least a week if not 2.Update, it took two and a half weeks to get my vehicle. And I had it less than 24 hours. When we realize that the problems were not all solved. Unfortunately parts are hard to come by these days. So back to the shop we go and it looks like it's going to take up to 3 weeks to get it all fixed. The last thing? A torque converter. I only have 55,000 miles and an 8-year-old vehicle

Sorry mechanics , can’t fix anything even when it’s under warranty. Ford Town messed my vehicle up. They busted my head by pulling out a spark plug. THEY DID NOT EVEN FIX IT !!!! GOT ME A CHEVROLET NOW AND I AM VERY HAPPY ?

I have bought two brand new expeditions here. The first one I drove for nearly 13 years and 250k miles! I sold it almost 5 years ago and that woman is still driving and loving it! My current one is almost 5 years old and sitting at 68k miles. My favorite service manager is Gerald Saliba. He has taken very good care of me whenever I have any issues over the last 15 years! Gerald always works with my crazy life schedule which can get very complicated! I am the proud daughter of a retired Ford tool and die maker! Treat your car well and it will serve you well! Thank you for the many years of awesome service!!

Y’all go see Mr. Eddie and the crew with the tire/lube center. We had a problem for two weeks with a brand new set of tires. The company that put the tires on would not help us after going back multiple times. Mr. Eddie went above and beyond to get us fixed up and he did it with a smile. We will be back!
