I am visiting from out of town and the girl was so rude !! She had on a red and black lace front with glasses no greeting and spoke to my boyfriend any king of way for standing in line while waiting on another customer holding up a short line. But my mom always say people will treat you and act how they feel about themselves SHE WAS A MESS!

I purchased a piece of clothing using my credit card and left the store without anyone removing the security tag — something the staff is clearly responsible for during checkout. I didn’t realize it until I got all the way back to school out of state. When I went to wear it, I saw the security tag still attached. I returned to the store in Albany with proof of purchase — my credit card transaction, the date, time, and total amount — simply asking them to remove the tag that they forgot to take off.
Instead of resolving the issue quickly, the manager and employees was rude and disrespectful to both me and my mother. Despite all the proof I had, they refused to remove the tag and treated us like we did something wrong. It was so bad that the police had to come just to de-escalate the situation — and even they agreed the store was at fault.
All of this could have been avoided if they had just done their job correctly at checkout in the first place when I purchased the clothes. I’m extremely disappointed in the service and lack of professionalism. Customers shouldn’t be treated this way, especially when the store is clearly in the wrong.

The customer service at the Jacksonville Florida location was great! The ladies had this teamwork & we love our customers vibe! Very customer oriented, assisted me & the other ladies with me without hesitation & without any negativity at all. This was my first visit with the Rainbow chain & they made me want to definitely come back (although I live 2hrs away). I plan to visit a Georgia location soon. I would recommend this store if you like urban wear, cute shoes, want to get feedback on coordinating some items. Oh, surprisingly the eyeshadow I bought is actually high quality! It was beautiful onsite & is lovely on me & lasted ALL DAY flawlessly! 5 star experience for me!

My daughter was in dire need of new clothing, and found two snazzy dresses that were on the clearance rack. I was in desperate need of a charge cord for my iPhone and bought one for each of us. It worked really great for two weeks and never worked again. Not worth the $22 Uber trip to return it...just an important note to self that I should NEVER grab electronics from a clothing store, because they are selling garbage. The dresses, however, are still a great choice!

Amazing customer service. We were greeted once we walked through the door. The staff was extremely polite and maintain conversations with some of the customers. We were told have a good day when we walked out. Multiple people asked if we needed help associates made sure all customers had masks on. The dress that I had purchased was true to size, good quality and overall soft.
