The worst bank in all of America. This bank was notified that there was fraud to my account and they did nothing. Didn't even return my money . They didn't even investigate if they would have reviewed the cameras in the store (circle k) they would have seen that it wasn't me doing any of those transactions. This bank is on the thieves side. Protect your money and don't use this bank.

Poor customer service at this particular location. I love regions bank, but the drive through tellers at this location is the epitome of rudeness and down right disrespectful. Those type of people shouldn’t be the face of a Regions branch

Good eveningI Eleanor Ortiz report Region Bank the outside ATM machine at 2322 N Slappey Blvd, Albany GA 31701.the atm machine is always OUT OF ORDER! Within the last two weeks from June 24, 2020 - 7/9/20 today I went to atm to withdraw money and not able excluding today and not able because the atm is out off order. Each time I had to go to a different place near not another Region Bank I don’t have a Car. Now I’m forced to use a non Regions back I’m charged $3.00 for not using Regions bank plus the cost of the charge of the other atm costing for a single transaction up to $5:50 they I could have used. I work early hour before the bank opens and come home after the bank closes, so I’m not able to go insidePlease can the issue be addressed thanking in advanceEleanor OrtizRegions Customet

This is not my personal bank. I was treated rudely at this bank. I got the feel from the teller that unless you are a local resident they do not care about you or your business. If you need to cash a check, do not waste your time at this bank, just cash it through your local bank. Worst Customer Service Ever. There is another bank in Cuthbert where I never have trouble cashing checks
