I’ve banked with Regions for a very long time and I’m grateful for the service they’ve provided to me. However recently (not just Regions) all banks have been sticking it to the customers that have made the CEOs rich.
Apparently this branch no longer accepts rolled coins. I have to allow them to send it in and have it checked then it gets credited to my account after fees. (Was told it cost more than coinstar, per the teller) I’M CASHING IN THE COINS BECAUSE I NEED THE FUNDS RIGHT THEN! GREEDY GREEDY filthy RICH CEOs keeping us down as much as possible.
It definitely makes sense though because THE GOOD BOOK explains every bit of what’s happening and what’s coming.
I DO NOT blame the tellers, they are just doing their jobs. However, remember if they are doing to everyone else…. You tellers are part of everyone else and it will come back around.

These people always have a don't care attitude, and is the only branch that have a Scooby Doo security guard...they have shown me today what it would like when the banks hold your money for no reason...BE CARFUL WHEN THEY SAY YOU CAN'T GET YOUR MONEY EVEN THOUGH THEY HAVE YOUR ID, DRIVER'S LICENSE, DEBIT CARD AND THEY ARE LOOKING AT YOU....CLOSING MY ACCOUNT!!!

So here's the facts about this bank after all the craziness of last year and the beginning of this year they have been short handed and the one's that are there are doing a wonderful job with the staff they have. It is wonderful that they have a gard there as well super nice. I have been banking with regions bank for 13 years and besides there wonderful services across the board I appreciate the fact they have a guard there I wish more banks did that ????

Worst customer service! Never have deposits from the night before done. Use the excuse that they are "short staffed" for EVERYTHING! No one there cares at all!!!! If it wasn't corporate mandated to use Regions I would not deal with those people at all.

They have only 1 teller manning 2 drive through lanes and inside. Average wait time to do a simple 80$ withdrawal was 19 minutes. I would have used the atm, but I needed 1 20$ broken down into 5 and 1s. Would have been quicker to do a cash advance at another branch.
