Relax Inn Albany is a budget-friendly hotel that offers basic accommodations for those needing a place to sleep for the night. The rooms are generally clean and have a comfortable bed, with a decent shower. The inn's location is convenient, close to stores and restaurants, making it easy to get around. Check-in is smooth, although staff may be quiet or unresponsive at times. The area around the inn feels just okay and is not very safe at night, with some concerns about safety and occasional disturbances. Some rooms may feel a bit dated and in need of repairs or updates, like a broken microwave handle or musty air. Wi-Fi can be inconsistent, cutting in and out. Despite these issues, the inn provides daily room cleaning and basic amenities. Overall, Relax Inn Albany is suitable for travelers on a tight budget who prioritize convenience and just need a simple place to stay, but those seeking comfort or safety might want to consider other options.

The manager was friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even better. Overall, it was a great value for the price, and I would definitely stay... read full comment

A very well-located place, food nearby, it's a quick area for Ubers, the room is super basic, it has parking and it's quiet, the service is friendly, there's no soap and shampoo.

For the price, this was a good place to just sleep for the night. I had everything I needed to get a good night sleep but this place is not perfect. Check in was fine but attendant barely said a word, room was clean but dated in need of paint and updates. Area was close to things but felt just ok.
