My only mark against the company is the very slow progress in getting key pads installed for gates. Kudos to Kayla & Trey for their dedication to their customers to make sure if someone needs to come in after hours, they are available.”

I called him at the last minute looking for a unit to store my stuff he stayed even though he said he was about to leave till I got there, which was very sweet if you ask me. “Been using Royal Storage for about 4 to 5 years and have never had a problem with them. If your payment is late, they will put a red lock on your unit but as soon as you catch payment up, they take it off. Customer service has always been friendly.”
“No complaining here. I got in on time and checked in they assigned me a door right away and started unloading. It took 20 min tops. Plus they let me park there overnight.”
“Staff was super friendly, loaded in a timely manner and out the door, with that being said, I did have an issue that I washed the trailer out too close and had to wait for it to be completely dry before they would load due to the risk of peanuts molding with moisture. I fully understand that. They let me park overnight at the facility even though there's not a ton of space. Docks are wide and plenty of room to back. Overall great place to get loaded as long as your trailer is clean AND dry. Have a washout receipt in hand helps speed up the process”
