“Every interaction I had with the owner was very welcoming. I called him at the last minute looking for a unit to store my stuff he stayed even though he said he was about to leave till I got there, which was very sweet if you ask me. By mistake I took his wire cuters lol he called me and ask i told him I was bringing them by and that was that. Would recommend to other people.”

“Been using Royal Storage for about 4 to 5 years and have never had a problem with them. If your payment is late, they will put a red lock on your unit but as soon as you catch payment up, they take it off. Customer service has always been friendly.”
“Staff was super friendly, loaded in a timely manner and out the door, with that being said, I did have an issue that I washed the trailer out too close and had to wait for it to be completely dry before they would load due to the risk of peanuts molding with moisture. I fully understand that. They let me park overnight at the facility even though there's not a ton of space. Docks are wide and plenty of room to back. Overall great place to get loaded as long as your trailer is clean AND dry. Have a washout receipt in hand helps speed up the process”

1 thing to keep in mind however;
They assign a door and if its busy, you must watch for your turn.
4 stars only because a phone call would be great so a guy can get a few winks.
