I visited the Quest Diagnostics in Albany Georgia and I was treated very well there! The staff was very polite and Mrs.LaConstance Watts Clemons was very calm, careful and cautious with me while taking 20 tubes of blood! She made me feel comfortable and talked with me! May Jesus continue to bless you and your staff!✝️???

The visit was pleasant from the time I walked in to the time I walked out. The receptionist was fantastic and friendly. And the nurse/ or tech that did my test was polite and knowledgeable. She answered all my questions and my experience was outstanding. Thank you ladies so much for all that you do!!

All my ratings only pertains to the office I visited in Albany Georgia on N.Jefferson st. I was right in and right out in less than 10 minutes. The 2 young ladies there are amazing and phenomenal. Yall should buy them meals all day every day. I'm an OTR truck driver and I've been all over the country. They should be rewarded. Sincerely, Bobby Simons

The staff at Quest is always professional and courteous. And the service is very fast. The results are normally posted within one or two days online which is very convenient.

Wow! This was one of the best and efficient visits I’ve ever had for lab related work! I came to Quest Diagnostics for blood work on behalf of my life insurance policy. It was just my luck to have Tia during my visit! She is such a sweet and well mannered nurse with over 20 years of experience. The best part is, when she drew my blood, I didn’t feel a thing whatsoever!!! Never have I had such a smooth experience with blood work. Tia handled the entire place by herself due to short staff and still had immaculate service! Thank you, Tia!

Excellent facility. Professional staff at its best. I just hate you can't call and speak to a human that automated stuff can get everything bonkers. Had me listed for a different name. I would rather get my labs done here than the hospital.The staff here has to multi-task and they do it very productively.

I recently needed to have some lab work related to allergies. I went to the Quest Diagnostics website for Albany Georgia and made an appointment. The site was easy to use and confirmed my appointment immediately after I made it. I also received reminders via my cell phone.On my appointment day, I arrived nearly an hour early and fully expected to wait. I was greeted by Tammy and taken right in! She was very friendly and professional and quickly took the required labs . I was in and out inside of 15 minutes! Not only that, the process was physically painless! I was very happy with the experience and will use again if the need should arise.
