Everyone at check-in was friendly, efficient and kind. The scanning system was easy to follow and quick. The technician who took care of me was gentle and so patient with my not so cooperative veins. Best experience I've had in a long time, I highly recommend.

Facility was clean, organized and very little wait. Loved the self check-in kiosk. Friendly staff staff that was efficient and thorough in their evaluation.

WHY is it so hard to get in touch with a HUMAN? I called the number listed and pressed each extension to try to speak to someone but it’s all automated. Then I called the customer service number and was on hold for TWENTY MINUTES before someone answered but she didn’t even know the answer to my question so she had to transfer me and I was put on hold AGAIN for another twenty-two minutes before hanging up. It’s not even worth it to do business here at this point.

I visited the Quest Diagnostics in Albany Georgia and I was treated very well there! The staff was very polite and Mrs.LaConstance Watts Clemons was very calm, careful and cautious with me while taking 20 tubes of blood! She made me feel comfortable and talked with me! May Jesus continue to bless you and your staff!✝️???
