Over an hour and a half of great service from Christopher and Selessie. Wait, beyond great customer service. Took time to make necessary phone calls to get the right info and explained everything with no rushing. In my opinion they need a raise. Thanks guys

Ke'Mari is a top bloke, he helped me setting up my New Zealand phone.4 stars because I don't like T-Mobile policy to wear mask as it us very uncomfortable for medical reasons and the fiberglass masks are harmful for humans. So T-mobile, please respect USA constitution.

I received exceptional service. The sales rep, Chris, is very knowledgeable about all the products and services offered. I am a pesky customer and he was unfazed. All of the employees are very polite and professional.

Don't like the manatory mask policy. They recently purchased Sprint making them the # 2 phone carrier. The cost of data is ridiculous. They really need to lower the prices of data.

Watch STAR and she is a manager. The greed is bad. Went in yesterday to pick up a phone I ordered online. Waited every bit of an hour for help which wasn’t a big deal. Anyways she get the phone ready put a case on it and a screen protector. I get ready to sign agreement as she said and pay the remainder of a deposit to come to find out she charged me for the case and screen protector to get double up sales. Which the 2 accessories were over 150$ and I have to pay on them every month. Lol. Big scammer. Never asked did I want it. Claimed I was signing for the rest of the deposit. Asked for receipts that were refused and now I see why. Calling customer service and corporate. She would not want to be lied to and neither do I. Canceling the everything..
