When using the self service fax machine I was over charged. I was told it was nothing they could do about it by the “manager” in the print section. Be careful… check your receipt!

Walked into the store to print something really quick two associates standing at the door I came inside no greeting from either of them so I said hello still nothing! Please train your store personnel on customer service this isn’t the first time I’ve been in and it’s lacked!

Do NOT do your Amazon package return here! It will get lost and will not get refund and there is no tracking number. Go to UPS if you want your refund for Amazon package.

Love how easy it is to print things here. Don't love that when I buy something the price consistently rings up higher at the register than what was marked on the shelf. Becomes really annoying when it happens every time I go. I'd rather shop somewhere else than deal with the hassle.

3 people in the store I’m the only one in line but the large guy with the beard and glasses huffed and puffed when I asked if I could put my number in. Then after I said well that’s ok I don’t want to inconvenience you he shrugged. Definitely better customer service at Office Depot.

The ipostal dept.. is a joke. They never have on hand what is needed to retrieve mail. Why is there only 1 key and the person that has it is not there. This dept. needs to be improved. We have had to make numerous trips back in order to get mail.

The worst service I have had in years. The Male employee Yaz on 11-6-2020 would rather flirt with women and back a line up to the door than give good customer service then other employees had to come save his skin and I still didnt receive any service. IVE BEEN HERE SINCE 100IT IS GOING ON 12:06. NEVER AGAIN.

I don't know what happened to this Staples, but the service has gone through the floor. Everyone I have interacted with in the store either had better things to do or was downright rude. Even the cashier was busy chit-chatting and, despite looking over and seeing me at the register, decided to take his time and finish his conversation before he ambled over to finally take my money. I won't be returning to Albany Staples, and, if this is indicative of how the company is going, I won't be going to any of their stores again.

Customer service representative were very rude when they addressed my friend and I. And when we decided to leave they laughed at us as we walked out to leave. Called corporate office and they were not helpful at all and didn't seem to care to do anything about the situation. Went to the competitor and they had better service.

This feedback is designated for one particular person working in the photo copy area within Staples. I had a rather time consuming edit to a photo plus there were many other customer jobs ahead of me. Employee personal staffing was down due to many out for Covid concerns so they were working with minimal staff. I left my photo's that morning to be completed by closing of that day. Upon return around closing, I discovered the job request had not been completed. I was disappointed however, Kareem Kitchens, employee working behind the counter took it by the horns and was able to prepare the photo's and print while the store was closing. This type of employee sets the bar high, he was very polite and helpful ensuring my needs were meant especially around closing time when most employee's in general are out the door before the bell rings. He is a credit to your franchise and should be considered for increased responsibilities, he deserves the opportunity and the benefits that come with it. "Two Thumbs Up!"

Called these people last night before closing because my local staples was out of an all in one HP PC. They had one left in the box and I offered to pay for it online and pick it up the next day, as they were closing in the next 20 minutes and I was an hour away. But they instead took down my name to hold it for this morning.So, just to make sure, I called before heading out on this 2 hour round trip journey and lucky for me that I did, bcuz they sold it.Now here’s the kicker, I offered to pay for it online like I said, so it would be marked “sold”. They said that wasn’t necessary and they supposedly put my name on it and my phone number and I told them the time I would be there, approx 11-11:15am.This was even discussed with a manager in the background as I overheard the conversation. So I had no reason but to believe they were telling me the truth. Now my son cannot perform his schoolwork today thanks to the great and incompetent staff at the staples in Albany Ga!!! Way to go you troglodytes
