What kind of sandwich shop consistently runs out of lettuce? The staff is ridiculously slow. They don’t start your mobile order until you get there and basically have to wait in line anyway. Terrible.

They're making sandwiches, I get it. But, common etiquette was missing. Sandwich was hot, bathrooms were locked and "out of order." Really? Okay, cannot prove they weren't out of order, so I guess I must take their word. However, customer service was severely lacking. Tried to converse with associates and they weren't interested. Okay, no problem. But, at least greet the customer and tell them goodbye. Use civility and common etiquette. People need to realize that they aren't just selling food, but a return visit. I'll keep driving next time. But, sandwich was hot. Did I mention that?
