Amanda is amazing. I go to her for all of my questions, concerns, all of it. One of the best I’ve encountered & why I’m staying with Truist!

Took 2 visits and 2.5 hours to change names on a corporate account. Didn't have papers ready for signatures and problems getting paperwork to print. Very polite and friendly.

Upon entering the Westover Branch this morning, I received a very cheerfull greeting by Ms Amanda, a teller I would learn was exceptional. She not only answered my three questions correctly, but offered a time-saving suggestion.I'll be driving the extra distance to use the Westover Branch from now on.
