Terrible pedicure. Impacted both big toes with ingrown nails that had to be cut out less than a week later ruining service that took two hour wait for from tech who could not understand basic... basic English. AND they were expensive.

Hi friends I came et top nails at 10 am no welcome no good morning I was the first one to come as they only take walk in and I was selecting my color and she took other clients though I was seating and waiting for her it took her 1 hour to tell me that she can’t do my nails with and attitude I was so upset and she ruined my whole mood as she don’t care about the customer and has so much attitude I highly recommend that please don’t choose coming up here she’s raciest And don’t care about her clients so I’m writing this as I care about people coming up here and don’t waste their time so please don’t come to top nails very bad place

I am highly disappointed been using this nail place as long as I can remember never had an issue until now went & for my nails done April 12th got a fill-in two weeks later now noticed my nails need another fill-in so I just decided I’ll take them off to give my nails a break took off my nails noticed a fungus underneath my nails and it’s not just one nail it’s a couple they couldn’t have cleaned there instruments now I have scheduled a dermatology appt all because of this nail salon I will not be back

A disaster, l went in for a pedicure and a full set. My pedicure took two and a half hours and whole entire time l asked the person for more hot water. She did not understand English at all. Then another unexperienced nail tech installed rhinestones on my toes and the polish was dull and they came off the same night!!!!! I returned on Monday, they added more rhinestones and a top coat of polish and what do you know, by the time I reached home, the rhinestones came off in a whole strip with excess glue and the clear polish they added with the light was pealing. Also, my nails are not the same shape on both hands. I received a coupon from a little boy in Sam's Club, l'm guessing he was with his Dad but this was the worst service ever!!!! I will NOT be returning, searching for another nail salon.

I’m a make regular once a month customer. You give me a new tech with limited experience. I’m bout an hour in the chair and the tech looking at my toes and I still had part of the clear polish on them after supposedly have cleaned them. And they look the same. Just got up out the chair and paid 42 dollars for service I did not receive.

I’m new here looking for a nail salon. My nails are too thick shape is bad polish is spotty over all they look bad! Super friendly staff but nails are horrible!

I had the best experience @ Top Nails for my first time. I went through the week, I don’t know if that makes a difference but the older lady that did my nails … did an awesome ? job! I get my natural nails done with gel polish.I will be going back !! ?Service: Gel manicures

Went to get my nail fixed & instead of fixing one simple nail they declined my service 1/10. People are rude in there. Not sure how a nail salon can’t fix a nail?????
