The only reason I am posting this is because your website doesn’t seem to have an option for customer service. Tractor Supply is great as a place to shop, Except for the long lines and checkout time. Super slow checkout process, you need to improve.

Employees recently failed to uphold company policy pertaining to livestock. I bought 4 pullets on a Friday. One died that night and another the following day. One Sunday I returned to the store with the 2 dead birds. I usually just take photos. A lady who is no longer there agreed to replace the birds but were out of stock. She took my name and number to contact me once they got more birds. I waited 16 days and returned. I was told that the "deal" I had with the lady was void because she was no longer there. I told the ginger guy I did not have any deal that it was company policy to refund or replace birds that died within 48 hours and had been so since I bought my first birds 11 years ago. The cashier was just as enthusiastic about losing my business. As a business owner, I strive to offer a superior service at a competitive price. Over the last 14 years my clients love me and treat me like family. When I left tractor supply I did not feel like family nor appreciated for my 11 years as a customer.

Called to get help with finding a part Fuel Tank install kit, one guy got on the line said wasn’t a supply store, called back 3times was placed on hold over 20min, the 3rd time have someone the phone who doesn’t even know what a part is, gave him the SKU #, didn’t know how to even look it up!!! Customer service is very low maintenance

Dude filling my propane was a real tool. Swearing and complaining the whole time. Some people are not cut out for service work.

The older lady Lisa that works here is very rude and hateful and I’m a firm believer that when you are out in public wearing your uniform you are still representing that business and she was is Dairy Queen assuming on her lunch break being very rude and hateful to the cashier and employees at the counter all because they rung up the wrong menu item yelling at them snatching from them and she is very rude and no customer service skills when you go into the store

I bought a few 16 ft cattle fencing from them today. I wanted them delivered because I had no way of transporting them. They told me because of the size, it would be $70 for the delivery fee. Fine. Not unreasonable. Gave them my address and they scheduled the delivery. Got called a few minutes ago, saying the delivery company would not deliver because the 16 ft size was over their limit. So the manager is having one of his guys load a trailer and bring it to me. Not only that, but since they don't have to pay the delivery company now, he said he would reimburse me the delivery fee for the inconvenience. He didn't have to do that. But I totally appreciate it. Great people here. Everyone should support this company. They go way above and beyond.

I went into the store to get duck food and bird seed and couldn't carry all of my items, an employee asked if I needed help and her name was Timber and she was extremely friendly and helpful, I definitely feel like me and my children made a friend while we were there!
