This morning it was awful sitting there for an hour called before I got there to verify that my daughter's insulin was approved she told me yes while I was at Phoebe when I got there it's showing that it was not approved I am so distraught. I don't know what they want me to do I've asked several times what do I need to do first they were telling me to call the doctor the doctor says they approved it then get there and they're saying it's not. While on the phone with a doctor it appeared that the lady that was showing me what she had on her screen was trying to argue ma'am I'm not arguing with you all I want is the medicine for my child because she have not had it for almost 3 weeks please do better

They are very slow. You can call and ask if the meds are ready before coming and they say yes but get here and you still have to wait over 45 minutes.. this is straight ridiculous..

I called to confirm time of delivery on some prescriptions that were called in. The staff were very polite and ensured that they would be delivered that same afternoon. I appreciate their free delivery to my front door. When they were delivered, the guy was very polite and wished me a good day. Better service than CVS or Walgreens!

This is the most awful place. I was treated rudely, lied to, ignored, had the cashier turn her back on me after saying my prescription wasn't there when I knew it was. She was ignoring the 8 items I had placed on the counter to purchase. When I called the hospital to confirm the script had been sent in, she turns around and taps a button on the computer, and Lo and Behold there it is. I asked, "HOW MANY PILLS ARE IN THE PRESCRIPTION." She said one. I said, one PILL? She said yes, ONE PILL. Then I asked for a different cashier and this other Pharmacist started trying to gaslight me by saying the cashier misunderstood me. More stuff was said and I left. This was the most horrible experience in customer service. I think I will go to the NAACP about the Racism. Even though I'm white.
