Most of the people are very nice and helpful. My biggest issue is they don't call if my scripts are ready or if there's a problem filling one.

Used to be really great place to get scripts, now you're lucky if you're not sitting at the window less than 45 minutes waiting on them.

I ran out of Lantus Insulin, missing half a dose last night. I threw out the box when I texted the refill in on Friday. I'm out of refills, and U-Save-It Northwest is nice enough to reach out to the doctor for me. So now it's Monday, I'm out of Insulin, my phone is shut off for non payment, and I can't call. Tuesday I have no insulin, get the phone turned back on at 3:30pm. Call the pharmacy, and they stop delivering at 3. I have no vehicle. Sounds like a me problem, right??? I-Save-It says not a problem, and gets the insulin filled, and sends their driver back out an hour after he's done with his deliveries. You can't make this stuff up. There ARE still good people in this world!!!

I have to brag on the service we receive at U Save It Pharmacy. This is family owned and ever family member involved is very helpful. I want to brag on my pharmacist Celia, I called to find out if I could get my second shringrex vaccination there. Celia set up a day for me and was very professional. Before arriving she called and remind me I had a couple of prescriptions coming up and would it be all right if she filled them! After my vaccination Celia called and told me she had just listed with the state registration. I have been using U-Save for many years and it always brings a smile either when I go to the drive in or come inside and get waited on by the young lady with blonde hair, she is the best as well (Embarrassed that I don't know her name). I wish more businesses operated in this manner, shop local.

Always use them has a bad experience today. Call another prescription in, said it was ready in 15 min. Got there, not ready after talking to three people. Pulled around to next window, talked to two more people and one got one prescription!! Got to window and the I called in two days ago, still on hold!!! Spent 30 min trying to get 2 prescriptions!!!!!

I absolutely love this place! I go to the U Save It On Meredyth Drive. Always always good pricing wonderful assistance! Very friendly staff. Been there for 5 years plus don't plan on going anywhere!
