The UPS at 2021 N. Slappey Blvd, Albany, Georgia, 31701, is professional. As soon as I walk through door they are greeting me. Ms. Cindy, Hannah, and Logan always demonstrate dexterous abilities.

I had a very disappointing experience at UPS Store #1099 in Albany, GA today 04/03/2025. I visited the store at 9:50 AM and asked for proof of signature for my package, which is a standard request. However, the young woman working at the counter was extremely rude and unprofessional. Instead of helping me, she spoke with a bad attitude and showed poor customer service skills.
As a paying customer, I expect respect and assistance, not attitude and dismissiveness. This kind of service is unacceptable, and I hope UPS takes action to improve their customer service at this location.
I will not be returning to this store unless they train their employees to treat customers properly.

A rude girl at the counter, didn't acknowledge me as I walked in. She would rather text and look at videos on her phone than to process my request for return and print paper.
I have a solution UPS employ people that care about ALL people's time and issues and they must have excellent customer service skills

I had a package being delivered today and suddenly got notified the delivery will be later then expected so i waited then got an email about 30 minutes from the original delivery time saying they missed me but no one knocked on my door or anything and this is not the first time either im starting to wonder if some of the delivery drivers even try to attempt to see if anyone is home before they decide to leave

Great store until TODAY!! I had two packages delivered back to back. I picked up one yesterday no issue. No fee! Today I was informed that I had a package delivered to the store. Also, that there was a $5 pick up fee since I didn’t have a mailbox. I informed the girl that when I ordered the item, it would not ship to my address. The only option was the store and the $5 fee was not mentioned. She was extremely rude and said she didn’t have anything to do with that. I do understand that there are policies for every business, however, if the service is provided to 3rd parties,so should the information regarding the transaction. SHE HUNG UP IN MY FACE.

This is the first shipping experience that I ever had (beyond Amazon returns). Ardis was the best! Both individuals displayed excellent customer service assisting clients. When I use the main competitor I have to come with markers and others supplies to mail my items. I didn't need anything here. The shipping materials (cause I couldn't use the envelope I had) were inexpensive and rates very reasonable. I appreciate the care I received! [Customer service is lacking in so many industries and it was good seeing it displayed authentically in this location].
