The staff is always wonderful and handles my many many Amazon returns promptly with attitude. Shipping is also an effortless process, I highly recommend this location. I do wish people would leave reviews for the staff and location, they aren’t to blame if the truck takes too long to make it across the county or if a vendor tells you to go to the wrong place.

Only place in town that could give me a price quote over the phone for a print job. Staples, Fast Copy, and Office Depot all told me to go online.

Paid over 27 dollars to send next day air but package was shipped by ground and took over two weeks to arrive and was in fact listed as lost by UPS. But UPS store refused to give me a refund. Will not use this store ever again

Have an item to be returned and on the return slip it says to drop it off ONLY AT UPS but UPS says they cannot take it. Don’t agree to terms with other companies if you aren’t going to follow through with them UPS.

This has nothing to do with the store. They were wonderful. Normally, all of my shipments have gone out with no problems but this last package was a day late when I paid for NEXT Day air. I’m upset because it was documented that there was severe weather and that that’s the reason it was late. That is not true. There was no severe weather.

Yes they are always busy and quite crowed with customers. They do the best they can to keep the line moving but I've only ever seen two employees working there. Shipping cost is very high in today's economy but that is common for all the major carriers.

The woman associate is the highlight of my day EVERY TIME I COME HERE! I forgot her name but she is immaculate and friendly! Only reason I still do business here at this particular location.

I unexpectedly had to handle some business while I was out of town. I needed a notary and to print some documents. I searched on Google for a notary and UPS store was the first thing that popped up.
I called the store beforehand and asked if a notary was available today. They advised they were there until close.
I went to the store and explained what I needed and a female associate assisted me with everything I needed. I didn't know what I was doing so she helped me completely. It was a pleasure working with her on my documents.

I don’t normally do bad reviews but this particular time I was not taken care of at all . I came into the store to do a return . The dude named Eric was very rude and showed no interest in helping me . He gave off a negative attitude and it was very disgusting! Not only was he rude to me but one of the other customers that came in he had a rude attitude towards them as well . He did not try to show concern for what I needed help with which was locating my QR code which was very difficult . When I asked him questions he did not give a care about helping me come up with a solution instead he brushed me off . I asked him could I use the computer to print out my barcode at 3:52 he said that he was about to close at 4:00 . Meaning I had 8 minutes left to try to print out my information that I needed . He refused . He also got smart with me telling me to read instead of understanding what I was saying . He had misunderstood me and did not listen to what I was asking him clearly instead he was so ready to respond in a smart negative way . Customer service sucked!
