Pharmacy is not organized...they gave me another person's medication one time and I didn't even get an apology. They are extremely slow. Some people's prescriptions they will fill at the drive thru and tell others to leave them and come back later.

Incompentency at its finest. Insurance presented 4 days ago, still not in the system today. Will be changing to Walmart ASAP in east Albany. Management is horrible there. This is not the first time I have had issues in this store, besides the pharmacy. Mark my words, it's my last.
