Spent an hour and twenty minutes on hold to be hung up on. Customer service at this location is HORRIBLE. They send text messages about prescriptions being ready, for you to get to the store to be told, "Don't use the automated system, speak to a staff member. " Little hard to do when your staff hangs up on people.

I JUST WENT TO WALGREENS ON DAWSON RD ALBANY GEORGIA APPROXIMATELY 30 MINUTES AGO. I STEPPED TO THE COUNTER AND THE PHARMACY TECH (TAMARA) AND THE PHARMACIST (OLA) LOOKED AT ME BUT CONTINUE TO DO WHAT THEY WERE DOING! NEITHER ADDRESSED ME TO TELL ME ILL BE WITH YOU SHORTLY. AFTER WAITING 5 MINUTES I FINALLY SAID IS ANYONE GOING TO GREET ME OR SAY ANYTHING. TAMARA JUST SMIRKED AND NEVER SAID ANYTHING THEN OLA SAID IM SORRY I'M HAVING A ROUGH DAY. THAT'S WHEN I SAID I AM TOO BUT YOU SHOULD ACKNOWLEDGE YOUR CUSTOMERS. I DID ASKED FOR A SUPERVISOR AND BRYAN (SHIFT LEADER) I TOLD HIM MY CONCERN AND HE SAID I CAN CALL THE 1 800 HOTLINE. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE ALL TOGETHER. I DID CALL AND MADE A FORMAL COMPLAINT AND I WILL CONTACT THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU AND CHARLES NORTON ( DISTRICT MANAGER) MONDAY....

I have always received great customer service, cleanliness, quality at this location. Times are more accurate if utilizing the pharmacy if they are falling behind they let the customers aware of that and apologize. Employees always friendly .The only thing that may lack sometimes is keeping some items in the location but if I can get an A plus in every area … I WILL WAIT..

Christmas Eve curbside shopping . I understand that it is busy. Some of my order out of stock. Also understandable. Lack of concern not acceptable.Transferred all around the store. Got the manager who then transferred me to assistant manger who was unconcerned and not apologetic at all. The level of customer non existent. I’ll not make this mistake againP.S. I work at a location in Florida . Just expected better

One of the worst Walgreens pharmacies in the country. I lived all over. Always an issue getting my prescriptions. It is either delayed or there are some issue with the prescription. And forget about speaking to someone on the phone . They simply don't pickup. If you do get a person they will tell you all is set but they honestly do not do what they say they will do. It takes multiple calls or visits. Please pick a different store . This one will waste your time.

Got here at 1:25. Checked to see if they had prescription and they did. At 1:30 shut the blinds for lunch. It's now 2:15 and they just started serving people. They don't understand customs service.

Shelves are not stocked, staff is NONEXISTENT to assist with locating items. Not some place I want to spend 2x the amount on products I can get elsewhere!

If I could I would give 0. Worst Pharmacy ever. Will hang up on you, will put you on gold for over 30 min. Rude workers.Get your meds through another pharmacy.
