I really wish negative reviews were available. This must be the worst place to expect a any good customer service experience in all of America. When it comes to listening, loyalty customers, customer service, empathy, and just plain 'ol common sense, it's missing here. I can understand removing associates for self service equipment however, when you decide to keep the most nasty, Rude, and disrespectful people to represent your establishment, doesn't show that you want a steady customer base. It seems as though you guys seem to be lacking common sense as well. If I could give a review it would be a negative 10 so to anyone trying to purchase anything from Walmart on Cordele Rd. in Albany Georgia understand I am praying for you guys because I know personally the kind of nonsense you're having to deal with just because you need items for your home.

Well it appears that Walmart does not like the disabled or physically challenged. they are ripping out most of their checkstands and replacing them with their self service stands. If you're unable to use those, you're just out of luck. Right now in a store full of shoppers there are only two checkstands open. I used to love shopping here Walmart. And sad you have driven me away.

If there is another Walmart near you, go there first. This one has an excuse for not opening the self-scan registers: "Oh we had someone called off from work and there's no one available to run it." But the "one checkout register for the ENTIRE store" is in effect at this store every single morning!!" The other Walmarts have more than one register open in the mornings and most have several self-checkout lanes open. Can we have a check-in from the east Albany store manager? If you have employees that won't come to work, replace them with workers that appreciate their job! Stop ignoring the problem!!!!!!!

Went shopping yesterday for a video game that was on sale. Box shows blue, pink and gray dot sale items. We got the gray dot which showed all gray dots were $39.00. Of course I was putting all my items on the check belt for the cashier and GOD forbid I did not pay attention the game rang up wrong. So as I was walking out I realized it rang up wrong. I went to customer service for the price difference and they said I could not get the difference because it was not on sale. I then spoke to a manager whom I took to the box with all the games that clearly shows the gray dot on my game as well as many more. So she was going to give me a gift card for the difference when another asst manager said she couldn't because that game was not on sale? Why are there gray dots on all of them. So far all I was told was to call 1-800-walmart. THIS IS SO WRONG IN SO MANY WAYS!! They said they were gong to remove the box. But guess what its still there!! WATCH YOUR PRICES PEOPLE THEY ARE OUT THERE TO GET AN EXTRA $20 BUCKS!! VERY VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!

21 lanes only 4 open. There are tons of people in line. Do better Walmart. And while I was standing in line the cashier was closing her register. Which left only 3.

This Walmart is pretty good most of the time. The returns section is a bit rowdy sometimes and the workers there seem to be more concerned with talking and chatting than actually doing their job most of the time. Their pick up section seems like a dead zone so you will likely end up waiting in line for customer service only to be told to go to the completely empty pick up section, with no one there to assist you. Just assume they will call someone over for you and stand there looking blankly waiting for service. That's generally how Walmart operates anyway. Mostly the store is pretty clean and they have a giant clearance section. It's conveniently located near my work and the prices are generally good. Honestly, I prefer going to this one on the "East Side" rather than the Ledo Rd Supercenter.

I am very disappointed with Walmart on-line orders. I ordered a camping tent that was suppose to fit 10 people and 4 matching folding chairs. My order was to be picked up at a neighborhood Walmart instead of this one. I didn't understand that? Well my order was not correct. They sent me a tent cover instead of the tent that I paid for and the chairs wasn't with that order. They told me that my chairs would probably come through another delivery services. Well two weeks past by and we missed our camping trip because we had nothing to sleep in. I cancelled the order and asked for my money back. They told me that they has to put my money on a Walmart gift card and that I was only able to purchase Items from Walmart. I'm still trying to figure out how someone is going to tell me how to spend my money. I didn't get what I originally ordered, so I don't want to spend my money in this store. I will never order off line again.

i am very disappointed with this store. i don't think the management team know what they doing. i bought a bike online for my daughter the 12 july to be picked up by her grand mom and walmart charge me, however today is the 26 july and i can't still pick up the bike. when she went to pick up the bike the manager said that walmart did not charge me and he needed my card again to swipe.i called walmart they said the opposite. so with multiple attempt to try to pick the bike with no success i decided to canceled the order. guess what? walmart customer service cant refund me the money and they are telling me to go to the store, i called the store they telling me to call customer service. so right now i dont have my bike nor my money. i am very frustrated at this point. i didnt know that such a big company will have this worst organization. right now i am hold with this store for almost 45mn trying to get my money back smh
