Pick up is on time..Great communication from the company. My only issue is the billing is too complicated to understand
I seem to get charges more often than I should...Maybe it's just I don't understand the system. I do find this to be a good company.

I like the fact that WM communicates with their customers when there is going to be a change in your normal service day. They are the only provider that I have used that does it.
