This is the second time I've been waiting for a package and have seen the mail lady pull up to the mailboxes and pull off before I could catch her saying there was animal interference when that's not true and now I have to wait until Monday to get my package and it's Saturday!! Since the changed the mail lady horrible service!!!

The absolute WORST post office I've ever dealt with. The staff that sits in the little box of a building ALWAYS have an attitude when you come in to inquire about your mail. Package will say it's at their location but they will turn you away when you come to ask about it. They deliver packages when THEY GET READY this has happened on several occasions. Very unprofessional people working here and it's sad that they play with people's mail/packages. Do better Allenhurst post office!

The staff is always professional and friendly. One of the workers has been there every since the post office box was $19.00. She's still has the same smile and positive attitude. It's crowded now due to the holidays. It's normally a short wait in line.

Unfortunately, the Allenhurst refuses to deliver packages because I'm a half mile from the postal box. Unfortunately, the post office is only open 6 hours a day so no working person will have access for pickup.
Other than that, the people are friendly.

There is a new girl working there, and she is insanely rude. Doesn’t hardly say two words. Has an AWFUL attitude no matter what day or time. Until she’s gone I will NO longer be using this post office. If you hate your job that much, don’t work there, find another job. I have also watched her be rude to elderly people in front of me in line. Just no excuse to have this kind of customer service.

Mail man leaves unprofessional notes in my mail box and keeps putting a vacant signs in my box because I put others mail in the outgoing slot. This has been going on for a year now, maybe more. Please do something about this. I’ve checked with other residents and the mailman never puts the right names and the mailboxes. Anything that goes in the outgoing slot pretty much goes back into your mailbox. I’m so sorry to the people who actually are waiting for their mail who no longer live at the current location.

I had to ship a bunch of heavy boxes internationally and Mrs.Berry was very attentive, helpful and kind. Definitely the best USPS experience! Hopefully the boxes travel safe~

AFTER I SEALED MY PACKAGES MYSELF, MY PACKAGES WERE OPENED BY THIS POST OFFICE AND PACKED IN A TOTALLY DIFFERENT WAY. ALSO, MY IMPORTANT DOCUMENTS THAT WERE IN ONE BOX IS MISSING. THE PERSON I SENT THE PACKAGES TO NEVER RECEIVED IT.
