This place is clean and friendly. Everyone is laughing about something. The produce is always fresh and everyone works together. The manager is very friendly and helpful. The assistant manager rocked too!

The past couple of weeks the store has been closing early or opening late. When you can get in, the aisles are so full of items that haven't been unpacked that you can't even see down them much less take a cart down. There is a new sign saying they've remodeled.... no remodeling at all (maybe unpack your store before claiming you have time to remodel). Coolers are broken, no milk or eggs. Save yourself some time and drive to Dudley where the old Allentown employees now work, that store is great! They may as well close this location down because it's pointless to waste your gas going there..... you'll have to drive further anyways. I hate doing bad reviews but Dollar General needs to figure out the problem with the Allentown store.

Shelves have been empty for months. Mayo, ketchup, mustard, etc hasn't been available. Cleaning supplies are rarely stocked. Can't move down majority of aisles. Used to be convenient but now there is very little reason to go in the store. May as well drive on to Dudley to the new one and be greeted by the friendly folks that used to work in Allentown.

Always friendly service. Store inventory is great. Almost always have what we need. Many customers are NOT wearing mask as required by store policy.

During this pandemic shelves are empty. There is one employee that does not wear her mask or her badge. It is posted on door mask are required. She is not very pleasant to customers. This dollar general has been opened for a long time have always been satisfied until now. There is always stuff in the aisles. You can hardly get by with a shopping cart.
