Matt knows his stuff about VERIZON IF THIS WORLD HAD MORE LIKE HIM AS AN EMPLOYEE WE WOULD BE GREAT! If I could do 10 stars I would because this guy is a multitasker like for real!! He has a great attitude and all! He is a people person! He needs to be promoted with Verizon so others can follow his footsteps as a great team leader! Lead by example and he goes above and beyond for customers to be happy! Great leader!!

I was wanting to switch service o was aggravated by my previous carrier. The manager (Matt) hework with me. I came in there 3 different times in one day and he still had the most positive attitude. Great customer service
